Whether you are a first-time parent or you have previously had children, we have the right class for you!
All classes are held at Glacial Ridge Hospital, Glenwood, MN.
In two evening sessions, our nursing staff will teach and discuss the stages of labor, comfort measures for labor, nutrition, exercise, and baby care including feeding, bathing and safety. We will also discuss the benefits of breastfeeding, positions, and how you know your baby is getting enough. The course includes parenting information along with Infant CPR is instructed by Glacial Ridge Emergency Services & Training. There is no fee for mothers delivering at Glacial Ridge Hospital.
